Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GEO Poacher (the "Service"), available at geopoacher.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GEO Poacher is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics tool. It queries large language models on your behalf, analyzes the sources and reasoning behind their recommendations, and produces strategy reports. The Service is provided for informational and marketing-research purposes only.

2. Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits, Plans and Billing

The Service operates on a credit system. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription that grants a monthly allotment of credits and additional features. Each analysis consumes one credit.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period (see our Refund Policy).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose;
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, its API, or its underlying AI providers;
• Circumvent the credit system, usage limits, or any security or access controls;
• Use the Service to spam, manipulate platforms in violation of their rules, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reports and outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting upon it. We make no warranty that the recommendations will achieve any particular marketing result.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by GEO Poacher and protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the reports generated for you, and you may use them for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEO Poacher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
