Refund Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

We want you to be satisfied with GEO Poacher. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on geopoacher.com.

1. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Refund requests are reviewed by us and handled in accordance with this policy and Paddle's buyer terms.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 daysof the initial charge, provided you have not substantially consumed your monthly credit allotment. As a guideline, "substantial use" means more than two analysis credits used within the billing period.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops all future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period, but you keep access until the end of that period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun and credits for that period have been issued, except where required by law.

4. Credits

Credits have no cash value and are not independently refundable. Free credits granted to new accounts are never refundable. Unused credits do not roll over and are forfeited when a subscription ends.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, fraud, or repeated purchase-and-refund behavior. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@geopoacher.com with the email address used for your purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
